Short stay supplement (till 3 nights): Euro 9,00 per person and overnight stay.
Surcharge for single room Euro 11,00 per person and overnight stay.
The reduction for B & B (bed and breakfast) only is Euro 7,00 per fully paying person.
For a place in our garage we charge Euro 6,00 per day.
Small dogs are admitted, without fodder Euro 10,00 per dog and day.
surcharge for New Year’s Eve Euro 50,00 per person. 

Reduction for children – only with two fully paying persons in the same room:

On request we can offer nice bay rooms against surcharge. With pleasure we consider special room desires, but
please note that they can’t be guaranteed.

 It is also possible to book the apartments with half board or breakfast. Surcharge for breakfast buffet Euro 10, 00 per adult / children up to 13 years Euro 5, 00 per day. Surcharge for half board (4-course-dinner with choice of main starter) Euro 30, 00 per adult / children up to 13 years Euro 15, 00 per day, cleaning at the end of your stay Euro 30,00 (the apartment will be cleaned every day). The costs for a place in our garage are Euro 6, 00 per day;

dogs only on request, without fodder Euro 10,00 per day, short-stay-supplement (up to 3 nights): Euro 9,00 per person and night, surcharge for New Year’s Eve Euro 50,00 per person. Our service: Our saunas and the steam bath are open daily from 4.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m., coins for the solarium are available at the reception, 1 coin – 20 mins. Euro 8,00. You can get bathrobes at the reception – Euro 4,00 for the duration of your stay.

Rates are per night and include all taxes (apart from local tax),
subject to general price increases. In case of cancellation the Austrian hotel regulation is valid.
On the day of arrival rooms are at your disposal from 2.00 p.m., but can only be held until 6.00 p.m.,
if you should arrive later, we kindly ask you to inform us.
On the day of departure rooms should be vacated by 11.00 a.m
